"Bright New Ag"

Former UMN student Jared Hanson shares the proud stories of farmers and ranchers who are members of the LGBT community. The goal of this podcast is to help pave the way to a more diverse and inclusive way of life. "Farming the Future"

Check out what the future of farming will look like by learning with former student, Alec Bray. In the podcast, each episode will cover a new or developing technology found within agricultural industries. Technologies like drones, CRISPR/Cas9, and vertical farming will be discussed along with their history, development, and the costs and benefits of each.

"First Gen Farmer"

Makayla Huisman did not grow up on a farm, but that does not stop her from pursuing a future in agriculture. With the help of special guests, Makayla shares what it means to be a first generation farmer. Her conversations with other young professionals and beginners focuses on how they each became more involved in agriculture, whether they had a background in agriculture or not.
